The winners of the FIABCI Hungary Hungarian Real Estate Development Award of Excellence Competition were announced ceremoniously. The Office Building category was won by the Postal Palace, the building recently renovated by the Central Bank of Hungary, due the multi-functionality and rehabilitative ability of the building.
This year, contestants entered 12 genres. The jury consisted of Hungarian professional organizations and international experts. The most outstanding recognition of the competition is the I, II and III prizes of the FIABCI Hungary, the winners of the competition are entitled to represent Hungary in the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence international award competition supported by the World Street Journal.
