On 11 November 2025, at the Money Museum, under the project management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the professional partners and organisers of MONEY WEEK – the Ministry of National Economy, the Hungarian Banking Association, the Pénziránytű Foundation, and the Junior Achievement Hungary Foundation – signed the cooperation agreement marking the official launch of the programme.

Schools can register for the financial topics of MONEY WEEK 2026, which will take place between 2–6 March 2026, via the website www.penz7.hu. Registered teachers can also download free teaching materials and supporting resources (guides, videos) designed for each age group.

Following the signing ceremony, the Money Museum presented awards and certificates of recognition to the three teachers who brought the largest number of school groups to the museum

The “For the Development of Financial Awareness” award was presented to Mária Kiss (Deputy Director of Vocational Education at the Teleki Blanka Business Vocational School of the Budapest Business Vocational Training Centre), Ildikó Sidlovicsné Papp (Vocational Instructor at the Berzeviczy Gergely Technical School of the Miskolc Vocational Training Centre), and Katalin Titi (Headteacher of Pitypang Street Primary School).

Congratulations to the awardees and thank you for your dedicated work! We would also like to express our appreciation to all teachers who are committed to enhancing students’ financial awareness.
