The Money Museum has once again earned the “Family-Friendly Museum” certification this year. We received the award on September 28 at the National Museum Education Kickoff Event held at the Museum of Fine Arts.

With this certification, the Museum Education and Methodology Center (MOKK) recognizes the work of institutions that place special emphasis on a family-friendly practices, creating an inclusive visitor environment, and offering programs that provide an enjoyable experience for multiple generations.

It is particularly important to the Money Museum that learning about finance be understandable, exciting, and a shared experience for people of all ages. Our interactive exhibits, digital games, and family programs are designed to help visitors discover the world of money in a playful, experiential way.
